  Management, training and user support to all Creative Associates/USAID projects in Africa on the use of various databases (IDMS, OTI, Microsoft Dynamics). One of such projects is the Nigerian Regional Transition Initiative (NRTI) project funded by the USAID/Office for Transparency Initiative (OTI), responsible for the North East Regional Initiative (NERI) project. I have trained more than 70 users and provide technical support to all the users (Grants, procurement and M&E) across the various projects being managed by Creative Associates International, I support the design, implementation and documentation of all project related data across the various databases and I continue to manage the IDMS help tracker for all active projects and escalation/update of records of resolved queries reported by respective program users across Africa. I also support data integration initiatives to facilitate the design of data integration processes and tools; for the development of certified data standards i.e. reviews, analysis and interpretation responses to identify potential issues and prepare detailed conclusion reports. I am responsible for monitoring, grants reporting and information management of Creative Associates International (CAI) IDMS portfolio in Africa to ensure all beneficiary and grantee information remain up-to-date on the databases, ensuring adherence to USAID regulations on documentation process and procedures, availability of data and information for access by the Grants, Procurement and M&E team for the conduct of cluster evaluations as a requirement for donor reporting. i.e. including databases(IDMS&OTI), web-based tools or other IMS solutions, and mobile data collection technology(KoboToolbox).
