  Rachel Mathov, MBA, is the Vice President of Operations, responsible for agency operations, sales activity, vendor management, and reporting for the firm. She is accountable for managing operational performance standards for plan sponsors and plan participants.For the past several years, Rachel has worked extensively with corporate decision makers in the design of diverse employee benefit programs. Ms. Mathov’s involvement in all aspects of employee benefits administration and consulting has led to year-after-year efficiencies and general ROI for our clients. She has broad experience and expertise in the ACA, group health and welfare programs, benefit plan design, risk management, and ERISA plan compliance. Mrs. Mathov received her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Loyola University's Sellinger School of Business and her Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and Communications from Goucher College in Maryland.
