  Undergraduate placement at global property developer Brunsfield Plc. Role: Intern7 months experience within the design dept using Autodesk REVIT software to model luxury apartments. In my time in the Brunsfield Design Department I was given the responsibility of completing the entire REVIT structure model for a £400m project.5 months site experience at Kenny Hills Residential Project. Key tasks:overseeing the structural and architectural progress of the apartment blocks, organise/manage subcontractors, schedule works, monitor progress as well as leading inspections and the completion of defect works.   Working at Victoria Station Upgrade Project, as an assistant design manager for Fit-out works, I was given the opportunity to manage the architectural design for a complex multidisciplinary project at both development design and technical design stages. My core job role involves managing the lead designer, Mott MacDonald Ltd, as well as liaising directly with our client, London Underground (TfL), to ensure client requirements are met. As the project progressed my role transitioned toward driving detailed design produced by subcontractors for all fit-out work packages and integrating their interfaces to produce a fully coordinated design.This has helped me develop: A proactive and commercial approach towards solving problems. Design Coordination and architectural detailing skills. Focus on quality, assurance and safety. Experience working in the London Underground environment and tailoring the design toward their requirements and standards.
