  As the Programs Director, I provide oversight and direction for the behavioral treatment, case management, and staff training and development services at one of the largest intermediate care facilities (ICF) in Louisiana.- Oversaw the licensing and regulatory compliance of fifteen new group homes, resulting in the successful transfer of 120 residents from congregate care dormitories to new community-based group homes. Oversaw the behavioral treatment and case management services for 200 clients, as well as oversaw the provision of ABA therapy services for 25 clients annually.- Reorganized the Autism Learning Center into an early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) clinic, resulting in a 600% increase in therapy hours per client. Tracked and analyzed behavior data for 50 clients, reported data to the interdisciplinary team and treating physicians, and assisted in psychological assessments and the development and implementation of behavior treatment plans.

  Taught evening and asynchronous online courses in Developmental Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.- Developed and taught Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA 3100), the first course in Applied Behavior Analysis to be taught at NSU, which resulted in the eventual creation of five additional courses and a minor in ABA.
