  As District Engineer - oversaw sanitation facilities administration and construction for Native American communities in 12 states in Northeastern United States. As Project Engineer, Office of Environment Health, Alaska - responsible for collecting preliminary site data and preparing feasibility studies for over 30 community water and waste treatment facilities. Trained and managed a team of 6 engineering technicians. Also co-created and presented a preventive maintenance program for remote village facilities maintenance staff. Course presented to over 40 village system operators.As Design Engineer - Office of Environment Health, Alaska– responsible for the complete design of community water and sanitation facilities in a remote Alaska Native village.
