The storage area for raw materials at the entrance was a real problem. The size and weight, the order of arrival, the order of storage after treatment .. .everything was mixed. We proposed a solution with shelves, a computer management system label / barcode, a suitable forklift. Our file included both the new plan implentation ground, that improved machine productivity, the financial plan, the amortization ... etc ... Several years after the company invited us to come see the result as much more than a study, this project came to life within the company. This was great news for us. Show less
