  Worked as a consultant in the Compensation/Total Rewards group of TD Bank’s Human Resources department, responsible for a project, initiated by the Bank, to re-evaluate over 500 Job Titles/Job Descriptions for FLSA exemption status. Worked with TD Bank Legal Department, outside council and line management for final determination of FLSA status, coordination of Management/Employee communications and final HRIS implementation.
