I replaced all physical HP Servers running Cisco ICM 7.5 on Windows Server 2003 to Cisco UCCE 9 on Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual machines. These virtual machines handle the call routing, processing and delivery in to the customer call centre’s agents or IVR ports. •Handles deployment, upgrade, installation and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communication Manager formerly known as Cisco Call Manager. I handled the upgrade from Call manager ver 4.1 to CUCM version 7.1.5b and CUCM version 10 which requires the installation on a virtual machine.•Responsible for configuration and deployment of Cisco Cube, Cisco voice gateways which connects the call centre to the PSTN via ISDN or SIP trunk (Spark Voice Connect).•Responsible for configuration and deployment of new Cisco Contact Centre applications that will be offered to new and existing customers. Installed and maintained Cisco Unified Intelligence server which provides performance reports of the call centre. Deployed CTI desktop app customers. •Performed upgrades of Cisco Customer Voice Portal which handles voice prompts when calling the 0800 numbers. Cisco CVP 7 uses H323 protocol in order to upgrade to CVP 9+ the configuration and integration are needed to change to SIP on various Cisco components/devices.•Handles the deployment of Cisco Collaboration software such as Cisco Unity Voicemail server and Cisco Unified Presence server. •Perform upgrades on Cisco Routers, Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers and Switches. Handle routing and VLAN configuration and troubleshooting on Virtual Call Centre network devices.•Update design documentations, inventory and support records in any changes in configuration required to fix a fault or improve operation. •Review and recommend detailed network design for Spark New Zealand Managed Virtual Call Centre network.
