The main vision is to develop engagement and comprehensive monitoring channel development both for internal and partner stakeholder in creation of sustainability business plan for future investment with collaborative culture & enhance digital advancement, which my job scope-innovation are :1. Collaborate with RTM to creating standardization of channel segmentation using OBPCCC (Occasion Brand Package Consumption Channel Category Path) Method to define how many channel & sub-channel ideally should have in order to fulfill consumer needs in every occasion (in home & out of home) and develop channel characteristic based on category product journey.2. My direction goal is to develop & fine tune tactical strategy to growth direct to consumer sales in segment 2nd Home (Office, Industrial, & Hospital) through local initiative & national program to achieve double digit (10%++) volume growth in yearly basis with specific detail on my recent innovation are :1. Maintaining acceleration of Office growth (The biggest Business Contribution of 2nd Home) in range 70% - 80% of volume basis through reformation in expansion program mechanism to be more flexible within cost ratio max 10% of value contract agreement with aims to facilitate negotiation with key partners and to reach more New Open Outlet (NOO), which the target of Office NOO around 3.000 - 3.500 NOO yearly.2. Drive business sustainability by creating POI (Point Of Interest) Dashboard that combines BPS data category, numeric of our outlet, area penetration, ect that formulated using composite key method so we know precisely 90% which sub-district we should focus on, in order to winning area penetration.3. Initiate new recruitment model named MGM (Member Get Member) in form of referral program by utilizing our internal resource which our employee (20.000++ people) to give recommendation & connection of outlet that have possibility to be recruited as our partner.
