      As a planner my main responsibility was production planning for digital subscriber-steps. Also to analyse, distribute responsibility of new articles in close cooperation with manufactures and contractors.

      As we became regional, we implemented new commission sales plans. I lead the implementation,education and follow-up within the region. I was independently responsible for carrying through the administration routines and the main Swedish contact for order administration towards the European office in UK. This requires building relationship and coaching in order to succeed. With increased pressure to reach sales goals, we needed to make awareness, educate and follow up our pipeline, forecasts and results within the Scandinavian sales organization. My main objective was to make this happen by leading the process with close cooperation with VP in UK. I established and improved processes for the order registration. Further I designed and implemented successful forecast systems. This led naturally to educate new employees and sales in the area of administration, sales support and internal sales systems. In connection I always maintained a continuous customer contact. My responsibility was to lead the office employees, administration at the office, such as leases, rebuilding and continuous improvement. Recruiting and developing employees. At Scandinavian basis, I was part of the sales organization in order to analyse and follow up sales results with sales management. I was part of a team to plan courses and conferences in cooperation with UK.

      In the organisation of a European Cluster at Sandvik Coromant, I became part of a virtual team, were my colleagues was located at different markets. My responsibility was to guarantee the support to number of markets, plan and achieve the local market plans with support from the parent company.
