  Strategic Planning and operations for Home Delivery, Cloud Kitchen, Foodtruck and Vending MachineThe objectives of our project was :• To design a basic strategy on how CSB can deliver CSB’s chai in Kullad and other menu from their outlets to home directly.• To introduce Foodtruck model in tier -I, tier-II cities.• To introduce CSB’s DIY tea kit.• To integrate Cloud Kitchen with CSB. • To Integrate vending machines with Corporate offices, thus increasing sales .Scope of the project :• After this lockdown will over people will not want to gather in normal restaurants to eat food ,they will prefer to order it online so our project will be positively affected by that.• we are also working on the Foodtruck, Cloud kitchen, DIY Tea kit and Vending machines. We are looking forward to having all of this as soon as possible.Target segment for this project :• Normal household and corporate offices , organisations in tier-I,tier-II cities. Work-flow: • At first we have done a competitive analysis where we have done feature- wise analysis of other food delivery chain in the market place.• After that we have created a full plan how CSB can start their home delivery service.It can be fully outsourced model or may be entirely a IN-House model.• After that we have completed a vendor database for tier-I, tier-II cities.• After that we are working on the set up cost, initial cost for Home-delivery ,DIY Kit model, Cloud-kitchen model and vending machine.• Then we have to make a overview of all four projects which will be sent to investors for the final approval on periodic basis. Conclusion:We hope that our final submission will be approved by the investors and We are looking forward to having all of this as soon as possible. This will help the company to get the business up and running in the short span of time to cater to huge demand from customers since lockdown ,this has been the most viable option for a food-chain store.
