  While at Westech I had many projects and responsibilities. One of my biggest projects was using Solidworks to create technical marketing guides,drawings. I also completed multiple Architectural drawings and installation guides to help get the engineering department caught up. I also work in other areas in the company, In the operations department I created a conceptual packaging cart add-on to help ensure packaging quality.

  While at Berry Plastics during the summer of 2016 my main duties were helping maintenance personnel with troubleshooting printer, vision, and packaging issues. I also completed several Kaizen projects for the department. In addition to the above I helped maintain Quality Assurance according to various company, government, and customer standards. Finally one of my big projects was, I helped lead an anti-static project, and create prototypes.

  In my role as a Design Engineer, my primary responsibility is to develop models and designs that not only meet but exceed the requirements of the project. I focus on finding ways to reduce costs without compromising on the quality of the product, all while enhancing its performance in the market. Additionally, I collaborate with various departments to conduct reverse engineering on competitors' parts, identify long lead time components, and rectify any manufacturing errors in tooling or product inconsistencies. This ensures that our products are not only competitive but also of superior quality in the market. Specifically working within the Consumer Packaging sector, I am tasked with creating innovative designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and efficient. I closely coordinate with project engineers, tooling engineers, and product line managers to guarantee that the products are ready for the market and can be seamlessly integrated into the production process. Moreover, I am well-versed in design intent for injection and thermoforming processes, ensuring that the manufacturing process is smooth and efficient. Furthermore, I take charge of managing Quality Assurance specifications for the current running parts, aiming to enhance production efficiency and maintain high standards of quality. عرض أقل
