  I had the incredible opportunity to take charge of driving our company's strategic vision forward. From the very beginning, I led the development and execution of our roadmap, ensuring that our technical programs, projects, and portfolios were aligned with our overarching goals in close collaboration with Engineering and Product Management counterparts.Every step of the way, I oversaw the entire value chain. It was my responsibility to identify the value proposition of our products and services, define their functionality, develop a comprehensive strategy, handle system integration, oversee product implementation, manage risk effectively, and provide training to ensure a smooth transition.Leading a team of five to seven senior technical program managers and technical program managers, I provided them with the guidance and support they needed to excel within our portfolio.   In my current role at Amadeus, I lead an exceptional team responsible for the direct management of various technical aspects for the Product I’m responsible for. From overseeing the entire software development process to engineering operations, quality assurance, release management, and customer implementation for our reservation desktop product, I ensure everything runs smoothly. Our product serves over 140 airlines, and it's my responsibility to make sure it meets their needs flawlessly.As the leader, I provide strategic guidance, motivating and guiding a talented group of senior managers, managers, technical project managers, and architects.
