      As an e-commerce analyst and developer, I was responsible for the development and launch of small to medium-sized clients on the Bang Ecommerce platform. This included implementing client look and feel, catalogue and pricing setup, payment integration and launch of sites and domains. Providing training on the use of the platform and CMS and additional support when needed. I also gained valuable experience in product and e-commerce functions, such as conversion rate and SEO optimization.My time at Bang Ecommerce/Denobi improved both my ability to work in a team environment and to work on my own initiative, as well as developing critical problem-solving and technical skills that help provide a greater understanding of technical products and their functions.       Spent 4 years as lead Product Manager with Mi9 Retail (Now WynShop), building, launching, and scaling the pioneer cloud-based e-commerce solution specifically designed for grocers. Catering to some of the largest US and European grocery chains, providing brilliant customer experience and technology that would scale during unprecedented volumes during the pandemic.• I led a team of 15 engineers, QAs, and designers• End-to-end owner of the vision and delivery of key areas of the WynShop Commerce platform from concept to reality including Search Relevance, Search Merchandising, Product Recommendation engine, Product Listings, Promotion engine, Delivery/Pickup Scheduling, Data Import• I drove the vision of creating a modular, highly configurable and extensible platform with intuitive business tooling to support self-service of key customer use cases and enable rapid integration and launch capability for large-scale grocers. The aim was always to give our customers options. Examples include end-to-end migration of existing customers to the Search module in 2–3 days following a steep rise in traffic during the initial Covid lockdowns.
