The model known as Family Mediation Coaching is made available to families where a significant impasse would normally result in the mediation process being terminated. The parents are offered the opportunity to have one on one Family Mediation Coaching sessions between joint sessions, with a neutral person who is also a qualified mediator. This model has seen many parents return to mediation more child focused and able to successfully resolve their disputes, without the need to proceed to Family Court.Delivered two day training for group of 19 colleagues in the Family Mediation Coaching Model.
