  Created service tickets for preventative maintenance of bank equipment of a major U.S. bank (printers, card readers, etc.) at each branch in the United States with a team of four other interns. Work was split between the interns by state each day using a color coded spreadsheet with goals to open a certain amount of tickets per day depending on the state and the ratio of opened to closed tickets. Tasks included case management of opening/closing tickets using Microsoft CDAX, transferring details for ticket content from EXCEL spreadsheets, and answering questions from technicians servicing the tickets.   Assisted scientists during field work in performing sanitary sewer inspections throughout Dekalb County twice a week and making recommendations for rehabilitation and repairs. Provided technical assistance to engineers for engineering elements of water and wastewater infrastructure with tasks including sorting site photos, being exposed to drawings, and reviewing and formatting specifications. Participated in a bench scale pretreatment study at the Cobb County Marietta Water Authority, testing different methods for the removal of Geosmin and MIB in the water.
