  Trish oversaw the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) function for Saatchi & Saatchi NZ. She worked collaboratively with internal partners to establish and maintain a safety culture focussed on prevention, holistic health and wellbeing strategies, injury prevention and continuous improvement. She collaborated and managed the ongoing development and improvement of the HSW framework, systems and functions, ensuring these are underpinned by research, data analysis and strategic project and program innovation.
