  Worked to create online and in-person Positive Mental Health training for individuals as a side project. I was responsible for the business elements including creating strategic direction and marketing. I also personally designed and constructed of multiple websites including a blog, corporate, & membership sites.

  As my first job, I was employed casually by a local agent to provide them with individual support when they needed it. My role included assisting with open homes, developing digital marketing resources & prospecting strategies. This taught me both the difficulties of getting established within the property industry but also the joy it can bring to achieve excellent results for clients.

  As a sales associate in a small firm, I was exposed to a diverse range of everyday tasks from client work to business operations. My role was constantly evolving with responsibilities including prospecting and lead generation, aiding open homes, creating social media content, developing marketing material, database management, organising systems and completing admin tasks. This role was a fantastic learning experience and reinforced my passion for the property industry.

  As a member of the SLA student team, we were the front face for QUT Business School. The role had 2 key tasks: handling support enquiries and offering one-on-one tutoring for any business subject. What I most appreciated was the way support services and executive staff equipped us so we could directly and quicky fix complex student problems when no one else would help. This allowed me to listen to students needs and then deliver approachable, friendly and genuine help tailored to them. Being able to produce exceptional outcomes made the role extremely fulfilling and taught me the importance of equipping others for success in workplaces. Show less
