  As MCI CEO and board members decided to invest in kids and family products, I was chosen to prepare a product roadmap for the new business and build a team to design and develop the products. After a few months of research, four new products, a kid launcher, a parental control, a kid VoD, and a kid and family content rating system were developed. I built a talented team and led about 25 product managers, designers, and developers until the team and products were delivered to another unit of MCI. After negotiating and pitching new ideas to the CEO and CHRO of MCI with the help of General Manager of Education, I convinced the company to establish a new business named Hamrah Academy. Soon later, I was chosen to build a team and start-up the business as a spin-off. After a short period of time, Hamrah Academy and its 30-member team were considered as a success story in MCI. As a team lead at the Innovation and business development department in MCI, I had to manage the process of establishing new products with external contractors for Hamrahe Aval. An AI-API market-place and a MOOC were the products I was responsible for.

  Azad is a social platform for those who think. We started Azad as a extracurricular activity since we were students holding debates on controversial topics in Iranian society and politics. Recently Bahman Ventures invested on Azad and I helped the startup to build a new application for thoughts.

  Gameria was the main product of MCIHUB acquiring it form invested startups. It is a game streaming platform like Twitch competing with Aparat Game in Iran. I was the product manager for a short period of time trying to set professional and conventional product procedures in the team. MCIHUB was the main agent of MCI group investing on early-stage startups. I was appointed to build a new team and process to assess and help the startups in HUB's studios for investment. A committee of product, business, and financial specialists and a process and criteria of assessment and consulting were what I built there.

  Quera as a multi-product company had to make a harmony among its various products. Proposing and building a product chapter made of product managers, owners, designers, squad leaders, and marketing lead was what I did there. As a CPO I was responsible for inter-product planning, high-level strategies, and mentoring product managers and designers. As Quera's product area lead, I was accountable for five products in the Quera community tribe, ie: Quera Talent, Contests, Problem-set, Skill-test, and Matching.Also as a squad leader I had to manage a multi-functional team of marketers, business developers, tech developers, and product specialists.
