      As Global Senior Training Instructor, I developed and improved skills of trainees from around the globe to the latest MWD/LWD/DD tools. I steered efforts to augment training process in all training centers by introducing and implementing new techniques to the curriculum. During this employment period, I organized and standardized lithium batteries utilization in the training center and created a remote training system that augmented training reliability globally. I led detailed analysis to determine training needs required for different roles and evaluated existing competencies level in order to design an improved training program, execute monthly training calendar, and collate feedback. Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Boosted performance and productivity by developing and implementing training & development initiatives as well as prepared training modules and coached teams on these skills sets.☛ Contributed efforts in attaining continuous improvement of the training material with the latest updates, delivering training to clients on the DD/MWD/LWD technologies (Shell & ZADCO), and handling clients’ visits to the facilities (ex.       At Schlumberger Cameron, I developed and managed Saudi drilling business in Saudi Arabia by building and supporting productive team, optimizing operations, and enhancing efficiency.
