      I managed a team of Detective Constables in my area and had oversight on a number of serious and complex crimes that they were investigating. I would conduct one to ones with the staff on a regular basis and conduct reviews on their work load. I would offer advice and support where necessary creating detailed action plans to help their investigations move forward.I also managed my own workload and investigated a number of crimes formulating investigation plans and reviewing evidence to enable successful prosecutions. I would investigate crime from initial attendance at the crime scene through to court. I would also submit reports to CPS and HM Coroner. I am highly skilled in investigation and team management.
