  Was working as an HR regional intern where I worked with recruiters across the globe from locations like Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc. I was responsible for having conversations with candidates and scheduling interviews, communicating with colleges in Pune for campus drives, creating presentations for the team and completing back-end tasks like data cleaning if required. Gained knowledge of onboarding process of different countries and created a project on it as well.
