In charge Automated System transformation from Main frame system to Personal Computer PC based system using process flows of already in use ERP in the entire Air Force 4. Coordinated and arranged presentation for transformation of ERP from IBM Main Frame Computer system ES 9000 to PC based plate with complete organizational development and Re-Engineering including all legal aspects5. Arranged presentations from world's leading ERP companies for replacement of legacy ALMS for entire Pakistan Air Force 6. Conducted on merit technical and financial comparative study, successfully short listed IFS Defence of UK, Dhely Raytheon technologies of Germany, Mirro of UK Lock Heed Martin of USA for ALMS ev and two local companies of Pakistan 7. Assisted Air Force Board for best selection of PC based ERP, ALMS ev was selected to replace legacy ALMS for inventory and technical management of entire Pakistan Air Force 8.       Chief of the Air Staff Commendation Certificate Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force Mar 1998 The commendation certificate was awarded for outstanding performance in a project of Organizational level re-engineering using Automated Logistics Management System of Lockheed Martin Company of USA. As result of the officer's efforts the entire Air Force processes and procedures were re-engineered and computerization was ensured in record time of three years. The officer also imparted his share in training and documentation related tasks in the said organizational re-engineering.
