   Perform routine Optimization work to improve main KPIs like (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Service Integrity) like RRC Success Rate, ERAB Success Rate, ERAB Drop Rate & Handovers & UL / DL Throughput etc. for the LTE FDD/TDD Networks. Support Initial tuning phase of LTE network rollout both Pre/Post launch. Daily LTE Optimization, worst cell identification using performance and Optimization tools and taking actions accordingly. Check and update license capacity issue to improve RRC Success Rate & Initial E-RAB success Rate. CSFB and LTE to 3G and vice versa mobility parameter tuning. Coverage Optimization (Antenna Tuning) & highlight and optimize overshooting Cells and reducing Overlapping Area to improve performance. Optimization process for LTE network area with high level of interference (using Spectrum Analyzer), Also for reducing UL\DL interference. Coverage Planning, Frequency Planning, Cell ID Planning, PCI Planning, PRACH Planning, TAC Planning and Neighbor planning. Involve in fine tuning soft parameters related to site performance to achieve target KPI’s. Checking PCI collisions and reducing the number of overlapping area. Involved in improvement Accessibility KPI’s like ERAB setup success rate. Involve in improvement of Throughput by improving SINR which is usually done by tilting Sites and by changing PCI module 3 settings. Prepare & Optimize KPI’s for SSV & cluster report for Drive test & stats and present to customer for acceptance.  Analyze the Drive Test Log files on Probe & Assistant for coverage and Quality Analysis. Analyses of DT & provide recommendation & improvement for RSRP & RSRQ & SINR & RSSI & CQI. Neighbor Optimization activities. Involve in checking parameters for improvement of MIMO KPI’s by managing the samples ratio between MIMO & TX Div.
