      Lead in the implementation of the Jenzabar Student Information System (SIS). Worked with faculty and academic affairs in the publication of academic policies, class schedule, and catalog. Coordinated graduation for students, conducted degree audits, and managed the student registration process. Supported student life programming and assisted with the Leadership KWC program.

Responsible for building productive partnerships across the service area to achieve the college's mission. Supervise the college's office of diversity programs and implement strategies to increase access and success for underrepresented students.       Appointed to the Kentucky Board of Education by Governor Steven L. Beshear in 2010. Served as the board’s Vice-Chair and on both the management committee and the curriculum and instruction committee. Provided leadership during the implementation of the Kentucky Core Academic Standards, the Next Generation Science Standards, and the implementation of a new statewide accountability system legislated in Senate Bill 1.
