Led a comprehensive solutioning effort, differentiated proposal development, established pricing and developed a complex and compliant service catalog that won the business. It was the largest cloud win in IBM federal in 2017. • Data Center lead architect that led the standup of the first Department of Homeland Security data center immediately after 9/11 operationalizing over 300 servers and network by the end of 2001.• Key contributor or lead on complex high-profile federal opportunities including: CMS HIGLAS ($300M), CMS EDC, Dept of Ed PivotH ($92M), DHA DHMSM ($4B), NARA ERA ($356M) and many others.• Originally hired as a programmer on statewide child welfare systems, promoted to lead programmer on IBM internal order management systems, IT architect, senior technical lead, manager and associate partner over the course of my 31-year career.
