  At KPMG, as a Manager, I led a team of management consultants in different projects such as process improvement, digital transformation, implementation of new EU regulations, data strategy,...In parallel I was also in charge of the relationship with KPMG Global Services, based in India, for our internal and clients’ outsourcing needs.Selected projects:- Process improvement: Leading a project to understand the needs of financial inspectors in Luxembourg in order to redesign the processes to work in a more efficient and standardized way. - Customer experience: Leading a project to research the needs of front officers in a Private Bank to help them advise their clients more efficiently based on insights derived from available data.- Data strategy: Leading a project to define and implement a data strategy in a Universal Bank. Also in charge of the cultural change and creation of a Chief Data Office. During these first years in my career, I was lucky to be surrounded by passionate and competent people so that I could develop new skills and learn how to bring the most added value to our clients.Selected projects:- Future foresight: Assessing the opportunities in Luxembourg in terms of transportation for the Ministry of Economy.   EGGS, is an innovation consultancy from Norway. As a member of the EGGS Steering group, I am in charge of the development of the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. I am in close contact with Sopra Steria (parent company) to define how we can leverage on the group tech capabilities to bring more added value to our clients. I also define our EGGS strategy and roadmap to grow on our markets. A large part of my work is around cultural change, both internally and for clients but also innovation projects as a project manager or product owner.In parallel I am also the consulting lead for Sopra Steria Next in Luxembourg which is the consulting branch of Sopra Steria.
