      I started my career in EY Advisory after an internship in another management consulting company. During my period at EY, I was completely immersed in a large scale project of more than 50Mio Euros.Project: Support in providers selection: Accompanying a large transportation player in France with their RFPs for 5 different needs, assessing the responses and organizing the interviews.

      At KPMG, as a Manager, I led a team of management consultants in different projects such as process improvement, digital transformation, implementation of new EU regulations, data strategy,...In parallel I was also in charge of the relationship with KPMG Global Services, based in India, for our internal and clients’ outsourcing needs.Selected projects:- Process improvement: Leading a project to understand the needs of financial inspectors in Luxembourg in order to redesign the processes to work in a more efficient and standardized way. - Customer experience: Leading a project to research the needs of front officers in a Private Bank to help them advise their clients more efficiently based on insights derived from available data.- Data strategy: Leading a project to define and implement a data strategy in a Universal Bank.
