Mike Darrow was selected as the Deputy for Programs in Project Management in April 2015 and quickly helped to reenergize his team and provide calming, steady leadership to enable the District to fully execute the $500M program with almost an entirely new group of senior leaders in the District while also experiencing a significant manpower shortage in key functional areas.
