Completed integration of companies with various business models, multiple geographies and employee count ranging from <10 to 5000+. Accomplishments:• Facilitated development of offer strategies between the acquiring business unit and acquired company and ensured timely execution of all activities leading up to orderability on Cisco Global Price List.• Managed Engineering integration budget in excess of $3M/qtr and achieved 46% budget reduction by optimizing 50+ contractors.• Orchestrated a successful over-the-weekend network cutover, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to 150+ engineers. • Managed integration of acquired’s engineering and DMZ labs, ensuring the labs not only meet engineering requirements but also conform to Cisco standards and compliance policies.• Spearheaded tool adoption with consideration of how the acquired company’s tools were used, instead of enforcing a blanket migrate-to-Cisco approach. • Revamped end-to-end lab migration process by addressing gaps, streamlining tasks and getting all stakeholders to agree on roles and responsibilities.
