The tea room operated on a turnover of £100,000 per annum and the bed and breakfast at £70,000 per annum.

      As part of the newly formed Almarose Hotels, formerly QHotels group, owned by Aprirose, Belton Woods Hotel and Golf Resort offers 136 bedrooms, 2 PGA Golf Courses, 10 meeting spaces for up to 200 delegates and all set in 475 acres of Lincolnshire countryside. Specialising in MICE my role was to increase and drive new incremental revenue in to the Resort.I developed partnerships with account managers at third party agencies and direct corporates. I developed and managed existing relationships with key partner hotel booking agents, increasing awareness, market share and profitability for the group. I attended trade shows and networking opportunities to learn about hotel solutions, industry trends and competition.I specialised in the management of corporate groups, business groups and conference. I worked alongside the Director of Revenue to drive the negotiation of rates, inventory, contracts and terms to ensure we maximised total revenue of the resort.I had full responsibility and accountability of the Sales & Marketing budget for the Resort and ensured the plan was driven forward through all areas of the hotel in accordance with the hotels business plan and objectives.I have a commercial understanding of the market, the business and customers in order to create competitive advantage.
