  Fintech startup focused on real estate financing, mortgages, and property acquisition.Joined in the startup's early stages. Understood the business needs and developed the best product for the long term, while constantly deploying features to help the operational team reach current deadlines and goals, organizing everything with SCRUM.Achievements:- Developed and maintained a web product that eliminated the manual workflow of customer prospecting, contact, and data collection, freeing 14% of the company’s collaborators to work on more profitable areas of the company.- Planned, developed, implemented, and maintained a web product that reduced the workload by 10% for over 100 collaborators in the company, reducing manual labor on a specific daily operation task. It also reduced rework by validating data before sending it to other bank providers. This was highly appreciated by the collaborators; however, this impact was not calculated.- Migrated all customers and their clients from a third-party platform to our system, a requirement resulting from a merger and acquisition process.There were some other technical improvements and features not listed here.Worked with JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, automated testing with Jest, JS, Python, ElasticSearch, and GraphQL.   Entered to improve security and efficiency in the payment process. At that point, these were the critical points for the Lofts group to reach breakeven and advance into other fields.Achievements:- Won 1st place in the Internal Hackathon - 2022Hackathon focused on operational efficiency, where our solution reduced 23% of the time spent in the customer success sector by sending messages and updating the customers without any human action needed.- Won 2nd place in the Internal Hackathon - 2023Hackathon focused on implementing AI in company operations, where our solution used the chat history to automate answers to customers' questions.- Migration from legacy to new payment system. 2023-2024This migration consisted of maintaining the legacy system and improving it while we were developing a new payment system, gradually implementing it, and slowly delivering it to the customers to limit possible problems. It took one whole year to finish this improvement project as expected.
