  - Production engineer for High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plant with a production capacity of 115KTA.- Assist production manager/ superintendent in planning, organizing, and controlling production- related activities such as plant start-up, shutdown, and grade transition activities.- Contribute to the achievement of product quality index and also plant utilities yield consumption.- Assist process superintendent, boardman, and fieldman to perform process troubleshooting and provide technical support.- Preparing, evaluating, and executing modification projects (CAPEX) to improve plant operability and reliability.- Ensure plant in safe operation and compliance to ISO45001 management program.- Involved in plant turnaround 2020.
