      Overseeing supervision activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate crisis support through the national 9-8-8 helpline. Supporting the well-being of bilingual responders by facilitating debriefs as needed, maintaining open lines of communication, and identifying signs of burnout to foster a healthy, sustainable work environment.Monitoring responder interactions and reviewing quarterly assessments to uphold service standards, while providing feedback to both supervisors and frontline staff. Offering real-time guidance during high-risk or complex situations to ensure informed, timely responses.Collaborating with the training and recruitment team to support onboarding processes, occasionally facilitating training sessions, and developing tools—such as French language assessments—to maintain bilingual proficiency standards for responders and supervisors.Facilitating monthly meetings with supervisory staff to explore strategies for maintaining and enhancing service quality. Leading one-on-one meetings as needed to address specific support or development needs.Contributing to a culture of care, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-impact crisis support environment.
