Maintained property accountability for eight sub-units with a million dollar property book. Supervised, led, and trained five military and civilian employees. Served as the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for multiple mission-critical contracts. • Project Officer: led organization’s transformation to an expeditionary signal battalion. Identified legacy equipment for turn-in to create space for updated equipment. Established hotel contract to house 120 Soldiers receiving 90-day new equipment training. Established a warehouse contract to receive and distribute new equipment. Coordinated distribution of the new equipment with multiple stakeholders. Ensured all five sub-units were rated mission-capable. • Drove turn-in of $40M of legacy equipment, seamless receipt of $75M of new equipment across four sub-units, and training of 120+ Soldiers. Achieved major increase in organization’s readiness posture.
