  As a Land Information Administrator at Walbec Group, I've been instrumental in the efficient administration and organization of our company's land information. My role involves utilizing advanced GIS tools such as ArcMap Desktop, ArcPro, ArcGIS Online, and Civil 3D to meticulously track, analyze, and visualize company land data. I collaborate closely with internal divisions, integrating GIS into their workflows to enhance data management and analysis capabilities.I hold an FAA Pilots License, enabling me to capture drone imagery and videos for strategic purposes, including planning, documentation, and marketing. I facilitate the permitting process with local authorities, managing various permit applications and actively participating in Town Board and Plan Commission meetings. My responsibilities extend to market research, site selection, and property development, as well as creating a streamlined system for tracking company-wide leases, agreements, and permits. I also work closely with landowners to manage farm and property leases, royalty payments, and financial transactions related to land operations. My multifaceted role ensures the smooth functioning of land-related activities and supports the company's overall goals and operations. Additionally, I plan and execute internal office events and outreach, quarry tours, and open houses, contributing to our community engagement efforts. I currently serve on the Planning Committee for the Young Professionals employee resource group, and previously was the Programming Chair for the Women of Walbec ERG. Show less
