  Being ask to launch and lead a this initiative in Pollsmoor Prison was a huge privilege!Coming from a family of church pioneers, the past two years has been a dream come true. I have loved working with an amazing team of volunteers to ensure the inmates of Pollsmoor are loved and pastored well. We hosted regular gatherings and saw over 400 inmates on a weekly basis. The initiative was focused on young adults whose ages range from 18 - 25 years old and were in prison due to being caught up in gangsterism. Our team has also had the privilege of connecting with inmates as they are released and assisted them with a reintegration program.I reported directly to our Senior Management and also our various directors. I worked along side multiple Location Leaders as together we oversee our 10 locations in South Africa. Within the first three months of being with Hillsong Africa I was promoted to Department head for the Maintenance, Security and Cleaning Departments. Working along side a team of 12 other department heads, I reported directly to the COO and CFO of Hillsong Africa, South Africa. Overseeing all building and maintenance projects ranging from active monthly HVAC and Electrical SLA's to large scale renovations and logistics. I managed various outsourced contractors, such as cleaning operations armed guarding, money collections and various other consulting firms, all whilst ensuring the global brand of Hillsong remained one of excellence. I maintained building regulations and worked alongside experts to ensue all municipal regulations were up to date and in order.Various projects which I managed from start to completion:Purchase of Hillsong Africa’s Headquarters, Century City building, valued at over R100,000,000.Renovations, remodeling and maintenance of the Century City building.Remodeling of Hillsong, Wonderboom, Pretoria, valued at approx R50,000,000.Remodeling of Hillsong Somerset West, Cape Town.Establishment of rental venues through out Cape Town the other national locations. Dealing directly with homeowners, landlords and tenants I ensure that all maintenance solutions and SLA’s are adhered to with the highest standards of professionalism. My current portfolio includes residential properties in Mayfair, St. James, St. Giles, Knightsbridge, multiple properties in Chelsea, Belgravia, Fulham and then Putney, Southfield, Wimbledon and further west in Richmond, Kew Gardens, Chiswick and Barnes.Through successful implementation of software systems, I have structured the company to effectively preform preventative maintenance works, whilst also allowing us to be reactive to emergencies and unforeseen issues occurring.
