Demonstrating mastery in computer programming, he developed eight major programs consisting of over 3,000 lines of code. Most notably among his many achievements was the development of the "White Work System" which was designed not only to ensure the accuracy of disbursing transactions, but to track to completion over 6,000 pay related documents that were received each month from various organizations. His overall professional efforts culminated in greater office efficiency through significant savings in man hours while simultaneously enhancing timely and quality support to III Marine Expeditionary Force personnel.
