      Gone through 3 months of Stamping Process, Trouble Shooting Skill and Tooling Design Basic training in Japan.Plan and execute monthly production to meet customer's delivery schedule and optimised inventory level.Lead a team of 5 supervisors from day and night shift, to ensure daily production output is been met with quality control. Analysing and Identifying problem area in production, and work together with the Engineering section to improve machine's parameter and tooling condition in order to meet the production target.Conduct briefing on production's KPI and Training to supervisors and operator. Working together with Engineering Section for work improvement activity on production yield and productivities in order to achieve KPI set by management.Working closely with QA during customer complain for corrective and preventive action.Presenting of monthly KPI results and improvement activities to the management.Achievements:Was involved in,Increased productions output from 30 million pcs to 160 million pcs per month.Increasing number of production line from 3 lines to 18 lines.
