      The Kristallhütte is a luxury ski hut in the Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal ski area. It has been voted the best ski hut of the year several times in the last 10 years. There are 8 hotel rooms and 4 suites as well as a new large wellness area. During the day up to 1500 ski guests are catered for and in the evening the hut transforms into an idyllic place of peace on the top of the mountain with a view of the whole Zillertal. You will receive an elegant 5-course menu in the evening and a rich breakfast buffet in the morning before you return to the slopes first. Show less

      In charge of all special events and as a deputy Manager I was supervising a team of more than 35 people in Innsbruck's biggest restaurants having a capacity for 600 people. Branch Manager of Barefoot restaurant and taking care of Eventmanagement for the whole Soulkitchen complex. Management trainee and deputy branch manager of the "Barefoot Coffee & Bar" in the Soulkitchen in Innsbruck. This belongs to Rossbräu GmbH which is one of the flagship companies of the Salzburg entrepreneur Heiner Raschhofer. The large group has a total of 24 branches, including the very successful franchise gastronomy chain "my-Indigo".

      Managing the restaurant "Glorious Bastards" in Salzburg Europark with a team of 35 people.The Soulkitchen Group is one of the pioneers in brand gastronomy and has been awarded several prizes, especially in 2018. In its first year, the "Glorious Bastards" was presented with the Leaders Club Award "Golden Palm" for the most innovative gastronomy concept in the German-speaking world. Furthermore the Bastards celebrated several nominations at national and international design awards. The entire Soulkitchen Group was also delighted to receive the Rolling Pin Award as "Gastronomer of the Year 2018".
