I also created documentation that describes new processes or procedures and reviewed technical documentation to identify problems or issues.Following are some of my achievements in this role:• Conducted research and wrote proof of concept that allowed Codemagic to support .NET MAUI as new development platform.• Reviewed customer-facing documentation, identified issues, and rewrote and revised nearly all of it, adding a total of over 17K new additions to the repository.• Onboarded more than 100 clients, participated in 38 enterprise evaluations, and became a go-to communication person for non-standard client requests such as specific security requirements or additional legal agreements.• Successfully identified a code signing issue with iOS and proposed a fix that significantly expedited the procedure and essentially reduced 60% of support cases in under two months.
