  Driving new product enquiries from concept to finished product. The process is a detailed and complex one that demands management, organization and the willingness to apply a range of expertise in procurement, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, logistics and to a much greater degree, customer service. I engage with customers on an ongoing basis to apply both their requests for a product as well as regulations for pharmaceuticals. I assist with the procurement and review of raw materials and packaging, the compilation and review of labels, cartons, PIs, PILs and the preparation of BMRs and BPRs. It is my duty to oversee the worlflow and personnel involved from R&D to production.I manage the RAs departments' responsibilities in the drafting, checking and signing off of BMDs and PCDs, PIs, PILs, Labels and Cartons. I also assist the QA department with checking and signing off of COAs, BMDs and PCDs as part of the final release process, the initiation and processing of change controls and deviations as well as the investigation and reporting of customer complaints on a daily basis.
