  I lead my own work stream dedicated to improving cash management processing with a cross-functional team of clients. As my client undergoes an Agile transformation, I advise on Agile-based user story and enabler story ideation, backlog refinement, workflow process design using the BPMN 2.0 framework, implementation of and testing these new processes in accordance with SAFe principles. I provide guidance to quality assurance testers on potential design or software defects, and conduct independent issue investigation. I encourage my clients to consider integration design and workflow efficiency as we create better processes together. I create and deliver reusable training content to clients, corporate partners, and new hires at Alfa on a variety of topics to strengthen my own understanding while empowering others to do more with their new knowledge.
