      Member of the ANZ Upjohn Leadership team responsible for the management of 10 direct reports including face to face and virtual Account Managers and a Sales Strategy Manager. * Winner of the 2019 Pfizer ANZ Pinnacle Leadership Award Newly created role after organisational restructure. Management of 5 pharmacy account managers and 2 pricing analysts while leading the sales effectiveness and execution strategies across the pharmacy business. Newly created role to identify business development opportunities with external pharmaceutical companies to manage their Loss of Exclusivity products. This role also included managing the LOE strategy for other Pfizer business units and the management of 1 sales manager who had 5 direct reports. An active member of the Pharmacy Leadership team, responsible for the planning and execution of all National Field Force strategies and operations with the direct sales management of the internal pharmacy sales team. Project role to develop the first remote detailing platform and team for the business. Management of the Sales Effectiveness and Operations for both the GP and Pharmacy sales teams within the Established Products business unit. Launched the Pfizer direct model to the Australian market. Developed new business and increased market share through building strong relationships with retail pharmacies. * Winner of the 2011 Rookie of the Year Sales Award.
