      -Managed the planning and implementation of the new Oracle Direct office in Malaga. I opened its doors in November 2010, and have 170 employees already hired-Coordinated deliverables of all the key functions: HR, Recruitment, Facilities, IT, Sales Management, Sales training and Global Mobility departments to ensure Malaga centre was established in a timely and successful manner.-Track and maintain a detailed project plan-Regularly report and communicate progress of the project to SVP and all senior management.-Identified potential risks and took actions to prevent them-Liaise regularly with Government to ensure adherence to training and development program for grant assistance and improve business conditions for Oracle-Manage day-to-day operational aspects of this challenging project. -Responsible for controlling project costs and allocating resources.-Provide direction and support to new employees and sales managers.-I founded and lead a social committee to establish a strong identity and fun culture within the Malaga office. Organize regular events and fun activities-I go the extra mile to look for solutions to employee complaints to make this new centre the best workplace in Europe.-Implement sales processes and replicate best practices from Oracle HQ in Dublin.-I ensure all documents and processes are complete, current, and stored appropriately. The new BI reporting tool become an integral part of sales management and has reduced significantly the need to produce ad hoc reports. For the first time OD management can see online pipeline in their scope vs. budget, forecast and prior year actual. This project involved gathering business requirements, allocate resources, translate business requirements to development, UAT, coordinate rollout, communication, training, support, adoption, etc).-I developed and maintained an OD Reporting Portal with monthly/quarterly tracking of key business metrics such us: product win rates, attach rates, pipe-creation-to-close cycle, inside sales ownership, product specialization mix in order to understand the underlying transactional sales activity, and determine priorities and contribution.-I successfully introduced the stamping of division and position in opportunities in CRM tool. This was never implemented in Oracle before and was a huge contributor to errors in pipeline creation reporting.-Provide full support to VP and Senior Management in Business Reviews, Forecast calls, ad-hoc presentations and analysis.-Managed, trained and mentor 2 junior business analyst which supported me on getting all reports. -I work closely with Finance and Sales Programs and participate actively in the business planning process for the region on an annual & quarterly cycle Show less
