  - Managed lifeguards and worked to make sure that members at the pool felt safe while swimming, made sure that any problems were addressed when brought up, attained managerial skills while overseeing other guards - Communicated with lifeguards to create a schedule that worked with everyone, if a conflict arose I found a solution in order to have enough guards for each shift, further improved communication with co-workers and built an effective work environment
