  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES1. Lead turbine engineer and simulator administrator2. Accountable for all technical/engineering activities on turbine + auxiliaries for Duvha system upgrade project 3. Budget support for project management preparation to client alignment4. Project spares planning within accordance with client/site/project requirements5. Manpower development for efficient and progressive operations6. Monitor project program to ensure effective execution in line with clients and manufactures standards7. Ensure training programs and development of local staff8. Loop check/commissioning declarations9. Engineering on system upgrades and present configurations maintain10. Develop strategy for process instrumentation in line with operation and production targets11. Assist client with implementation of maintenance procedures for sustained C&I operations12. Development of process instrumentation and faultfinding techniques13. Coordinate resources of project for efficient and cost effective operation, monitoring and analyzer for correct utilization14. Support other engineering disciplines in line with project requirements and technical problems15. Design and implement C&I control schemes, commissioning and monitor progress as per project contract16. Liaise with external product suppliers for equipment procurement and progressive improvement 17. Ensure professional standards are maintained18. Unit optimization19. Complete simulator setup/installation and commissioning of S3000 system in accordance with model developer GSE20. Training client on all simulator functions and maintance Show less
