      Completed three, 6-month rotations as part of an Information Systems Development Program:1) Gained proficiency in CRM data management and analytics, developed Power BI dashboards for account management, and enhanced data centralization and governance using new technologies in an agile setting. 2) Upgraded SAP systems from version 4.7 to 6.0 with an emphasis on pricing and billing, conducted extensive testing for system-business alignment, and facilitated international user onboarding.3) Worked to redefine our current manufacturing data architecture with future-proof technology that will scale. This includes the contextualization of data, the elimination of bottlenecks in the device-to-cloud data pipeline, and a reduction in the time, cost, and complexity of future integrations. Show less
