  In this role, Kate led PDE's involvement in various collaborative efforts to make water cleaner in communities throughout Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This included active involvement in the Delaware River Watershed Initiative, the Schuylkill Action Network, the Delaware Resilient and Sustainable Communities League, and more. She focused on partnership building, collaboration facilitation, and planning efforts for PDE.
