Led approximately 70 Store Crews for ensure operational standards and achievement of KPI (Inc. sales target, cost budget, operational process, etc) which determined by company.Top Achievement : Attained the Top 10 in the KPI rank for three consecutive months in Jan - Mar 2022 (around 1.800 Area Supervisors nationally)
