  Responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategies for the CEO. Primary duties included the production of CEO key note speeches, presentations and video messages for internal and external audiences, to review and revise Board Papers and to contribute to the success of a small team in a highly pressurised environment. Responsible for the coordination, management and delivery of aviation consultancy works and aid programs in Asia, working closely with the Department of Infrastructure and Transport and with senior management within Airservices. A key achievement was the successful delivery of a multi-million dollar Australian Government aid program resulting in improved aviation safety in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Establish procedures and processes to effectively manage $10 million in commercial agreements with government aviation agencies in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Singapore. The role was responsible for resource management, contract management, financial management, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Responsible for the professional and timely delivery of competitive bids and proposals. Responsible for preparing commercial proposals for national and international bids. Provided expert costing and pricing analysis and was responsible for the management reporting of all bids and proposals. Responsible for monthly management accounting and reporting and the coordination of the annual budgeting cycle. Key achievements in this role included the creation of a costing model for Certifed Agreement negotiations as well as cost-benefit modelling and business process improvement initiatives. Responsible for general ledger reconciliations and assisted with monthly forecasting, management accounting, reporting and budgeting. Employed as a graduate for Air Traffic Services, a branch of Airservices Australia. Responsible for various activities including general ledger account maintenance, credit card administration and maintenance of fixed asset register.
